Rabbit + Cocoon is an artist-run creative industries precinct on the Gold Coast. We provide creative individuals, businesses and cultural groups with spaces and resources to produce, showcase and market projects, businesses or events directly to the public. We also regularly host, and assist with, signature cultural and educational programs that promote a more vibrant and sustainable arts community.
Here it is! A little video of all the exciting things that happened at Rabbit+Cocoon over National Youth Week from 14th - 21st April, 2012.
This film was edited by the super talented 16 year old, Wil Condrin who participated in the Youth Week 'In Camera Film Editing' workshop and was mentored by resident film company Digital Cinematix HD in the creation of this film.
Rabbit and Cocoon is very excited to announce the screening of Jeff License's incredible film 'Kicking Off The White Shoes' documenting culture on the Gold Coast.
Kicking off the White Shoes is a documentary about inspiring people on the Gold Coast working in art, community, culture and sustainability. These stories reveal the underground, not the underbelly of a changing city.

Rabbit Radio is an eloquent response to the growing needs of the Gold Coast community for a radio station that not only speaks to them, but represents them; a forward thinking, culturally savvy, world wise and local minded community, whose choice for a lavish beachside lifestyle is not a sacrifice at the hands of tourism and shiny misnomers - its an opportunity to live in an environmental eden and shape a collective cultural dream from the ground up.
Its a simple formula: A new underground online community radio station that features the music news and reviews that YOU want to hear. Simple. Perfect!
